The Company

The company was founded in 2004 as single company called „Technisches Büro Pfeffer“ (Technisches Büro für Elektrotechnik). Subsequent the present company, called Pfeffer & Partner GmbH (Technisches Büro für Elektrotechnik) in Friedberg a town in the Austrian province Styria was founded in 2007 .

The company is represented by the founder and owner Ing. Richard Pfeffer and has two business locations. The head office is situated in Vienna and the second office, until today, in the little town Friedberg (Styria).

From the beginning, means since the foundation, the company Pfeffer & Partner provides the respective developers and constructors with comprehensive solutions for planning and technical processing for projects in the area of technical building equipment and moreover energy efficiency.
Since December 2015 Pfeffer & Partner has enhanced the portfolio of planning services with an department specialised for engineering in the area of domestic installations/HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary) and from then on the company is able to provide the complete processing – planning, controlling, and supervision – for projects in the area of technical building equipment. We’re combining the fields of electrical, domestic and media engineering with the best solutions – all from a single source.

Consequently also the name of the company changed from „Technisches Büro für Elektrotechnik“ („technical office for electrical engineering“) to „Ingenieurbüro für technische Gebäudeausrüstung“ („engineering office for technical building equipment & services“). Through cooperation with confident architects, developers and constructors there is also guaranteed a holistic planning and realization for your project as a whole. – „From the beginning to the end.“

Beginning with the pre-planning and basic evaluation we create in coordination with our clients the complete following documents, including all design plans, budget calculations, approval and execution plans with years of experience and the actual state of knowledge. We also coordinate all our services (and more) while the building process to guarantee a competent completion. – from the awarding of contract over the construction supervision until to acceptance of the completed services.

Moreover we support our clients in the area of regenerative energy with all kinds of calculations, analysis, efficiency review and contract review and develop and exhibit some possibilities of saving and improve energy, always competent and doing the best to achieve the optimal solution.
