Specialist site manager for electrical engineering or MSR

Pfeffer & Partner GmbH and PR7 GmbH offer services in the field of technical building equipment (HVAC + ELT + MSR + EMSR) and in the specialist field of construction engineering with a focus on specialist construction management, commissioning management and project management.

To expand our team, we are looking for a healthy mix of experienced senior experts aged 40+ and committed junior experts.

Based in Austria and Germany, we support our customers in the fields of pharmaceuticals, logistics centers, data centers, sports facility construction, office and hotel projects and other special projects in the Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Vienna, Hamburg, Hanover, Dresden, Stuttgart, Leipzig, Bremen, Graz, Salzburg and Innsbruck areas.

Your tasks – subdivided into junior and senior experts

  • Site management, site supervision, construction supervision
  • Examination of contracts
  • Participation & organization of meetings
  • Site inspections
  • Audit
  • Plan check
  • Defect management
  • Etc.

Your profile

  • Specialist training in the above-mentioned areas
  • or master craftsman’s examination in these
  • or senior fitter/assembly manager with at least 3 years of professional experience
  • or completed relevant technical school, technical college or degree course
  • Advantage: Experience in large-scale projects (but not a prerequisite)
  • Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and laws
  • High willingness to learn and precise analytical skills
  • Solution-oriented, able to communicate and work in a team, high level of commitment
  • Willingness to work on projects in Germany and Austria (Mon-Thu) – depends on agreement with management and the client. If possible, the work location will be in the area where you live.

Working hours & location:

Full-time approx. 40 hours/week – location is project-based in Austria and Germany.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday

Remuneration

EUR 3,000 – 5,000.00 gross/month with appropriate experience and qualifications. With a high level of expertise and a good qualification profile, there is a willingness to overpay. In addition, bonuses are also possible for excellent performance.
