Specialist site manager for building services (HVAC)

Pfeffer & Partner GmbH and PR7 GmbH offer services in the field of technical building equipment (HVAC + ELT + MSR + EMSR) as well as construction services, with a focus on specialist construction management, commissioning management and project management.

Based in Austria and Germany, we support our customers in the fields of pharmaceuticals, logistics centers, data centers, sports facility construction, office and hotel projects and other special projects.

We are currently looking for a healthy mix of experienced senior experts and committed junior experts to expand our team. Expertise in a single specialist area with an interest in developing further in other areas is also desired: Specialist construction management

Your tasks – subdivided into junior and senior experts

Responsibility for the overall execution of projects
Clarification and incorporation of client-specific requirements into standard processes
Contract processing, cost, quality and deadline controls as well as management and coordination of project meetings
Cooperation with authorities, architects and contractors
Cost overview and control
Scheduling and tracking
Audit
Plan check
Defect management
Etc.

Your profile

Specialist training in the above-mentioned areas

or site manager with at least 3 years of professional experience

or completed relevant technical school, technical college or degree course
Good IT user skills, especially MS Office
Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and laws
Solution-oriented, able to communicate and work in a team, high level of commitment, analytical skills
Willingness to work on projects in Austria and / or Germany

Working hours & location:

Full-time approx. 40 hours/week

Remuneration

From EUR 4,150.00 gross/month, with appropriate experience and qualifications. With a high level of expertise and a good qualification profile, there is a willingness to overpay. In addition, bonuses are possible for excellent performance.
